With some warm weather coming this way later this week (fingers crossed) here's an easy recipe for frozen dog treats or dog lollies to help keep them cool. You need a knuckle bone ideally or a marrow bone. Pop it in a slow cooker and cover with water and leave on low for about 24 hrs. For the last few hours I like to chuck in a few dog friendly herbs such as chopped dandelions, goose grass, nettles etc. Remove the bone and bin it, pour the liquid into what ever shaped containers you like and freeze. These treats contain a whole host of goodies for dogs and they love them!
